Return Requests
If you have a concern about an enamelware order, contact YIMEIJIA before returning any goods. Include your order reference, a description of the issue and relevant photographs.
Product Condition
Returns are reviewed against the agreed order terms. Goods should remain unused, in new condition and in their original packaging. Please obtain return instructions before arranging shipment.
Review and Refunds
After receiving returned goods, YIMEIJIA will inspect them and confirm whether a return or refund is appropriate. Requests that do not meet the agreed conditions may be declined.
Shipping and Order Terms
Shipping and handling charges are normally excluded from refunds, subject to applicable law and agreed terms. For custom or branded orders, confirm cancellation, return and refund arrangements with us when placing your order.
